Fatigue is a state of physical or mental exhaustion which can negatively impact our feeling of wellbeing, productivity, and ability to function safely. Being fatigued can lead to mistakes, with potentially serious consequences for both workers and businesses.
Both businesses and workers have a responsibility to manage fatigue and the risks from it.
